I am taking the CT MPJE soon and I have a question about pseudoephedrine sales
If someone comes in asking for more than 3.6 g, should they get a prescription?
Does the act apply to prescription sales as well?
Also, if someone asks for less tablets than what is available (asking for 24 tabs and you have 96), can you break them up?
These are questions I was asked on previous law exams and I can's seem to find straight answers so any help is appreciated! Laws specific to CT would be helpful,...
