CPJE PSI Authorization to test?

Hello,

I just got my ATT From NABP/ PearsonVue and scheduled my NAPLEX!
However, I can't seem to schedule my CPJE via PSI yet.
It asks for DCA_BPH_ID number and I tried my SSN, did not work.

Does PSI snail mail its separate ATT to your home?
or email one like NABP/PearsonVue?
