Multi state Licensing

Hi all,

I have graduation coming and I have question about multi state licensing.

So I am planning on getting licensed in California and Arizona. I will be living in California post graduation and AZ is my home state. So can any one tell me pro and cons of multi state licensing?

Which state should I pick as primary? Does the state you are planning on working has to be primary or it doesnt matter ?
