BCPS study tips / material

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in taking the BCPS exam next year, but I have no idea where to begin. I've looked over the official website and related links, but what exactly should I order to help review for the exam? Can anyone give me direct links to what I should order for review? Do you guys recommend the live presentations in April or December?
