naplex and residency?

Hi guys,

My residency program requires us to be licensed by end of Sept. I barely received my code to register for NAPLEX today and the only date in July is all full in locations near me, so I had to sign up for first week of August.

Would this still be okay in terms of being licensed by end of Sept?
and do ppl usually take a day off to take the test ? (as my program starts in July)
