License Transfer

So I have 3 state license, and I recently applied to another two states required for my position. I just got a call today from my work asking if i would also apply to another two states. I am wondering how do I do this when NABP doesn't have the button available because it says I have another application open? Do I need to call them to accomplish this, or do I have to wait until it says the previous application is complete?
