I am an out-of state student seeking licensure in NJ.
I just completed the online application on the "Division of Consumer Affairs" website and submitted the $125 application fee.
However, once I had paid, an entirely new checklist poped up with items such as "Notarized Application" - I thought I had sumitted the application online already. How do I get it notarized now? They also require a passport photo be attached to the application, which again I'm not sure how to deal with...
