GA MPJE

Taking the Georgia MPJE in 2 weeks. Currently licensed and working in NJ. I am doing alright on the pharmacyexam questions, have studied the Reiss & Hall federal pharmacy law book, and read Title 16 (Ch 13), Title 26 (Ch 4) and Title 43 (Ch 1) but cannot remember everything. Any other good resources out there for a transferring RPh?

I also made a quick study guide from what I had read. If anyone is interested in looking it over and providing feedback, that would be greatly appreciated!

TX license by reciprocity

I'm in the process of reciprocity of transferring my FL license to TX. I have applied on the TX BOP website and sent in the required ID documents. I applied on the NABP website for electronic license transfer. I have now received the license transfer documents from NABP in the mail. Now do i need to send these over to TX BOP? It requires 2 photos which need to be signed by another RPh and also notarization. However, TX BOP does not mention anything about sending the photos or notarization....

Hey guys,

I'm currently studying for the AZ mpje that I have scheduled in about a month. So far I've been using quizlet to study for it, but would love to hear what others have used to study for it. I saw that study guide from amazon that cost about $100, but unsure if I should grab that to study along with. Let me know what's up, thanks all!

Hi,
Every one out there !
Greetings of the day.
I need guidance , in fact help, about convincing visa officers to grant the visa for the purpose of Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalence Exam
or any other license exam.
Please gimme the convincing reason so that i can get the visa.
Although its 100 % sure that I have to be back to my homeland after giving exam.
But I failed to convince Visa officer that why I " need" this exam.
Your worthy suggestions are anxiously awaited please.

Getting licensed in NY?

I recently got licensed in NJ. I am wondering about getting licensed in NY. I know that I will not be able to reciprocate without over 2000 hours but let's say I want to get licensed in NY with only around 1200 hours, would I simply need to take the law and compounding exams?

Why are you not allowed to skip questions on the NAPLEX?

Seeing as the NAPLEX is no longer an adaptive/dynamic difficult test (i.e. level of difficulty, question type, etc.), but a fixed singular exam, why are you not allowed to skip questions (to come back at a later time)?

FAILED NAPLEX TWICE--NEED HELP!

I have failed the NAPLEX twice now and am in need of some serious guidance. It is a big blow to the ego & wallet and confidence failing this exam after preparing very hard for the exams. I have used RxPrep in the past.

Is there anyone else out there that has failed and have any advice in how to pass this test??

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get! Thank you!

I signed up to take the exam in Nov (try to take it before they change the format). I am currently using the ASCP review course but not sure if its very helpful (outdated info/very comprehensive/overwhelming). I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

I also come across some study guide available to purchase on med101. has anyone used it before?

"NABP uses a mathematically based weighted scoring model to calculate an ability measure for each examinee. The ability measures is transformed to a reporting scaled score that ranges from 0 to 150. Scaled scores do not represent the raw number of correct answers and should not be interpreted as such. The NAPLEX passing standard has been established by a panel of pharmacy experts, and the ability level that defines the passing standard is the same for all NAPLEX administrations."

Is there anyone who has taken the CPJE in July and checked their PSI account know if we are able to apply for a duplicate score report means that we passed? From reading the definitions of each option on the home page, we should be able to apply for the duplicate score report only if we passed the CPJE.

Hi,

I've just decided I will give the BCPS exam a shot. But I would obviously be taking it in 2018.

Which study materials should I get? I assume the 2017 ACCP guide is the only one available. Do people who usually take the spring versions of the exam use the previous year's guide?

And does anyone have any 2017 materials they are willing to sell? $600ish for study materials and $600 for the exam is a bit steep.
